Rom Description
Here is a short description of each Rom. I will make no recommendations on this page and I have no links to the roms themselves either. The roms can be found on my roms page
I may not cover all the roms on here because I add them. I will be changing the way the roms page looks later on to be more efficent.
The Legend of Zelda - This is the original official Zelda for the NES console. I have the roms on the site for this in English and Spanish.
The Hyrule Fantasy - The Hyrule Fantasy looks like it is a hack of the original Zelda for NES. It is possible that it is a hack but I am not sure, it is also possible that it is the official Japanese release. The reason that I think it is a hack is because the entire writting that I have seen is in Katakana only. I only have this rom in Japanese.
Super Mario Brothers(Hack) - This is a hack of Mario Bros for the NES where you play as Link instead of Mario. Some features include a the Legend of Zelda Link when he is small, the Aventures of Link when he is big, and the ability to use the boomerang when he gets a fireflower. Only got this one in English.
The Legend of Zelda: Moblins tale(Hack) - This is a hack of the Original NES Zelda where you play as a Moblin instead of Link. This is also only availible in English.
The Legend of Zelda: Ganon's Revenge(Hack) - A hack of the original NES Zelda not too sure what is different because I havnt played this yet, I just made sure it worked. Again only availible in English.
The Legend of Zelda: Zelda's Story(Hack) - Ever wanted to play a Zelda game where you acually play as Zelda? Well heres your chance in this hack of the origanal Zelda for NES where you play as Princess Zelda instead of Link. Only have this for english.
The Legend of Zelda: Search for Link(Hack) - This is yet another hack of the Original NES Zelda where you play as Mario instead of Link. Only availible on my site in English.
The Legend of Zelda: Adventures of Link - This is the only Zelda game that I know of that is in a side-scrolling action rather then overhead. This is the Second official Zelda game for the NES. I have the rom in English, Japanese, and Spanish.
The Legend of Zelda: Evil Dead(Hack) - This is a hack of Adventures of Link. I am not too sure what is different as I have not played this one or the original one much. English only.
The Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past - This is the only SNES Zelda game that the US got. This is the official game availble in English, Japanes, French, and Spanish.
The Legend of Zelda: BS Zelda - This rom was only released in Japane on the Satalite add-on for the SNES. This rom is a language hack meaning most of it is in English but i noticed some Japanese in it.
The Legend of Zelda: Links Awakening - This is the first official game in release order where Link's battles take him outside of Hyrule. This takes place on the island of Koholant. It is also the first Zelda game on the Game Boy system and is in 4 shades of Grey. This version is availible in only English.
The Legend of Zelda: Links Awakening DX - This is the same as the gameboy version but is an official re-make. It is in color and has an added picture shop and a hidden dungeon only availible on the Game Boy color and above. I have the rom in Japanese, Chinese/English, French, German, and Spanish.
The Legend of Zelda: Link Gets Laid(Hack) - This is a hack of the original Links Awakening and is adult orientated. Not recommended for the younger players. It contains a lot of sexual terms as well as swear words. I only have this in English.
The Legend of Zelda: Link Gets Laid(Hack) - This hack of Links Awakening DX contains some adult material, but not much. Should be suitible for most players.
The Legend of Zelda: Pokemon to the Past(Hack) - A hack of Links Awakening DX where you must wake the rare pokemon Ceribi(instead of the Windfish) from his deep sleep and gather some of your pokemon back. It looks like you play as Ash instead of Link. Only availible in English.
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages - This is a part of the Oracle Series. Does not take place in Hyrule. This is one of the first Zelda games to not be programmed by Nintendo but by Capcom. Availible in English, Japanese, and Spanish.
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons - This is the other part of the Oracle Series. Does not take place in Hyrule. This is the other Zelda games to not be programmed by Nintendo but by Capcom. Availible in English, Japanese, and Spanish.
Zelda Gold Edition GameBoy Camera - The gold edition of the Gameboy camera. The cameras funcionality is quite limited on the computer as you cannot take an acually picture. It does have some Zelda pics that are not availible on the standard Game Boy Camera and I think was only availible direct from Nintendo. Availible only in English.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - This is the first N64 Zelda game and tells about the Triforce in more detailed and reveals a couple secrets about Zelda, Link, and is where Sheik is from.
The Legend of Zelda: Majoras Mask - This is Links second journey on the N64 and also does not take place in Hyrule. This game takes place in Termina.
