Emulators

Please read the disclaimer page before you download any roms or emulators.

Windows

FCEU - A very good NES emulator that supports Zapper, Falmicon add-on PAL Emulation and more... Its is one that use I use

Zelda's Famtasia release - What this is is a test version of famtasia. Why is it called Zelda's famtasia? Well its an unofficial release done by me(Zeldafreak84) that has the files need to do NES emualation PLUS the FDS bios included so that you can play the FDS roms without hunting for the bios. I do offer support for the program and do not call this my own work. When I can get around to it will have a version of NESten with the bios. This is a desent emulator. I just put this up here because it was the first emulator I was able to get to work and to be able to bundle it with the bios. I recomend using NESten, but this one works pretty well. Just make sure you change the sound setting to a better quality. When it asks you to turn over the disk card, you need to go to the menu, eject it, then turn it to the side you need.

Nesticle - An emulator for the NES system. No longer the best

ZSNES - A very good Super Nintendo Emulator. This version is very old and does not seem to run the Japanese very well.

SMYGB - A decent Game boy emulator. I don't think that it support Gameboy color emulation.

REW - A combination GBC/NES emulator. Works extremly well on GBC Games but not so good on NES games. supports Game save for GBC but not NES. You should download this as a GB/GBC emulator

HGB - This descent emulator. This is one of the only 2 GB emulators that I have found to boot the Camera ROM properly. Whats good is you can even print pictures to a file with this emulator. I would recommend you only get this for the Camera or Links Awakening where you know you will be "printing" picturs

TGB Dual 5 - A very good GB/GBC emulator that supports the gamelink funtion for two different game(such as Ages and Seasons) Runs well, has some bug though, they are not major.

Visual Boy Advance .9a - This is acually a GBA emulator but it will allow you to open the secret shop in Age/Seasons. You need to change the setting for the gameboy from default to GBA or it will not allow you to do so
